Preparing your Yoni Steam Bring 1-2 quarts of spring water or distilled water to a boil. Add 1/2 cup - 1 cup of the Yoni herbs to the boiling water. Bring the herbs and water to a gentle simmer with the lid on for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat, allow mixture to cool for about 5 minutes.
Set up your space, whether you want to light a candle, play some music, grab a book and or a cup of tea! Be sure to have a blanket nearby and sock for your feet. Carefully pour the simmering Yoni herbs and water into your heat - safe basin or Yoni seat. Place the basin or seat below where you'd sit. Sit comfortable above the basin with your Yoni (Vagina/Womb) exposed to the steam. Wrap yourself in a towel or blanket to keep the steam contained inside. The steam should feel warm, but please adjust if at any time it feels too hot. Once your settled, relax and enjoy 30 minutes of self care.
